Return and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to Scammers all items that are being returned will undergo a strict evaluation period of 2-3 days. Once the evaluation period is complete, a determination will be made regarding exchange, refund or store credit.Â
All items that are returned must be returned in its original state. Items must NOT be worn, torn, used, damaged or altered.Â
All items must have original, tags with labels attached to the product/s you purchased.
A Store credit or exchange maybe given for products that was purchased within 15 days.
Due to the nature of Sale Items and Intimate wear, there will be no exceptions for returns or exchange.
Please note: That ALL items undergo quality control and a heavily inspected process before it is delivered to and or shipped to a customer.
